The set comes with the original full color building instructions. The set was clearly rarely, if ever played with, making it an ideal choice for a collector as it is very rare to find such a nice example of an 80s classic such as this.

The set is in beautiful near mint condition. ToysPeriod Toy Techs have carefully gone over this set. Two stretchers with foldable legs, two extra cups, and a trash can with lid are also included. Patient with pigtail black hair, torso with white shirt and red overalls design. Patient with short black hair and red torso with zipper jacket design printed on Doctor with long brown hair and torso with the open collar and side pocket jacket pattern Doctor with white service cap and torso pattern with an open collar jacket with side pocket and red cross design Doctor with short black hair and torso decorated with pen in pocket, red cross insignia and a stethoscope pattern The set also builds an ambulance with special printed side panels with a red stripe along the bottom and a screened window along the top, pretend emergency lights, opening side doors and roof for the driver's cab, a red cross and antenna on the roof, rubber tires, and an opening back panel with window to admit patients.įive LEGO Classic Town minifigures add the spark of life to this set as shown in the ToysPeriod LEGO reference database. Out front in the yard, there is a driveway leading toward the building, a tree and flowers, a hospital sign (a red cross), and two seats. On the highest roof, there is a dish and antenna for communications. Above the operating room, the windows tilt to open as well. The entire front consists of windows for interior viewing. Upstairs, we find an opening 'file cabinet' and a helipad. This nifty LEGO Classic Town set from 1987 builds the Emergency Treatment Center, a two-story hospital with covered ambulance bay and interesting interior details.Īfter entering the hospital via the ambulance bay portal, we find the reception desk with swiveling chair and a pretend coffee maker and 'phone.'Īround the corner is the operating room with another desk with a computer terminal (printed LEGO slope brick), an 'air tank,' and an operating table light (non working but still a nifty detail).
